I am currently an LPC Associate supervised by Ana Valenzuela MS, LPC-S, LCDC, NCC. I provide a safe, compassionate space for children, adolescents, and adults to heal and grow. I offer counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce recovery, and the emotional journey of bariatric care. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. With children, I incorporate play therapy techniques to foster expression and coping skills. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.
