Throughout my experience as both an educator and a counselor, I have worked with youth and families for over 10 years.
I have worked with adolescents and teens in both individual and small group settings to enhance social skills, anger management skills, and self-esteem. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, teens, parents/guardians, and families in addressing trauma, grief, school refusal and avoidance, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, and depression.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you throughout your therapeutic journey toward personal growth. I believe in establishing a safe, nonjudgmental environment. No matter what the presenting concern may be, I aim to help you recognize and harness your inner strengths to move forward towards your goals.
