Maybe you’re struggling with food and body image, dealing with an eating disorder, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or ADHD. Many of the people I work with want a nonjudgmental space to share and process what they’re experiencing; they want to feel more connected to themselves and want help in making changes that bring relief and hope.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, loss, eating disorders, parenting, and trauma. I primarily draw from an Internal Family Systems approach, while also integrating CBT, DBT skills, and Intuitive Eating as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I use what best fits your needs so therapy feels supportive, practical, and truly personal to you.
