I utilize evidence-based therapies with individuals and couples and am a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist. I am also trained in EMDR which helps give hope to those who have experienced unpleasant life events.
At my practice, I believe a client's focus should be on their wellness and therefore I take care of checking your insurance benefits and bill your insurance directly.
