Hi! I’m Danielle, a Licensed Associate Counselor(LAC) and a Dance/Movement Therapist(R-DMT). I have a passion for incorporating movement techniques to assist with healing and connecting the mind, body, and soul. Our sessions will include studying the physical responses to thoughts and behaviors, and linking them to the energy centers of the body. I weave in breath work, mindfulness, and other holistic approaches that help navigate difficult emotions arising in and out of a session. I have the belief that we should work together, have open communication, and mutually provide feedback to each other throughout the therapeutic process.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. The goal of sessions would be to address symptoms of anxiety, stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, trauma, substance use, and attachment issues. As a Breath Coach and Trauma Professional, paired with deep understanding of the body, we can explore the root of your concern by tapping into the unconscious.
I am dedicated to creating space for you to fully explore yourself with no judgment, embracing moments of creativity and humor along the way.
