About
Starting therapy and talking about your problems can be overwhelming, but I will try to help you feel as comfortable as possible. In addition to working with various anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, and relationship problems, I am particularly interested in working with women experiencing the unique challenges associated with infertility. Infertility can be an exhausting and isolating process that challenges you physically and emotionally and I am here to provide you with the support and understanding to help you cope.
We all face challenges at different times in our lives. Whether you are a new parent, a therapist yourself or a therapist in training, coping with a medical diagnosis, adjusting to college or graduate school, or struggling with another life transition, I am here to help you effectively manage your stress.
My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. I tailor several psychological theories and interventions to address your individual concerns. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment of openness, trust, and compassion to help you feel at ease. We will work together to help you feel better and have a happier and more fulfilling life.
