Are you at a transition point in your life, looking to connect more fully with your true Self, or wanting to lead a life that is more reflective of your values and more firmly rooted in a sense of purpose? My name is Danielle and I provide depth therapy to guide clients to a deeper level of self knowledge and awareness. Feelings of 'stuckness', dissatisfaction, and negativity serve a vital purpose in alerting you that something is off and something in the psyche needs to be attended to. Carl Jung wrote, "Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
Through therapy, you gain a better understanding of your Self through exploration of the unconscious, formative life experiences, dreams, and relationship patterns. You confront beliefs you developed to make sense out of your life and who you are and remove maladaptive coping skills/addictive behaviors that no longer serve you to see what lies underneath.
Entering therapy is making a commitment to yourself. It requires courage. Shining a light on past experiences or unfelt emotions requires self-compassion and faith. The quickest way past is through and the ultimate goal is to be more fully your true, whole self. I look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity to join you on your journey to wholeness.
