Like the seasons, there is an innate intelligence within us guiding our unique growth and healing. Yet at times, life’s challenges can leave us disconnected from this wisdom and from our authentic selves. The rush and busyness of daily life, outdated adaptive strategies, early childhood experiences, and unmet attachment needs can leave us feeling fragmented within the body, nervous system, psyche, and soul. I value co-creating a space where all parts of the self can be radically welcomed, compassionately held, and gently explored through felt safety, attunement, and present-moment awareness.

At the heart of my work, I offer clients a space to slow down, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move toward deeper emotional, physical, ancestral, and spiritual integration. Rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, relational, mindfulness-based, and holistic practices, I honor each client’s lived experience and inner wisdom.

I believe therapy does not always need to focus solely on difficult or overwhelming moments, but can also be a gentle, curious, and liberating exploration. Rather than fixing who you are, therapy becomes a process of remembering and reclaiming the fullness of who you have always been and who you are becoming. A return to Self. A homecoming.
