Part of obtaining that sense of peace is through knowing one’s self fully and living intentionally by the standards that their values are based in.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges and connect with your authentic self. EMDR and IFS parts work are tools I use for healing trauma. In couples therapy, I include skills I learn as a trained EFT therapist and certified sex therapist to help couples navigate negative cycles and better communicate, which can lead to improved intimacy.
