Hello & Welcome to Mind Empowerment! I have always enjoyed helping others and have found it to be very meaningful to assist other's in their healing journey. It is an honor for me to watch my Clients grow and reach potential they didn't believe possible. Over the last 14 years, I have work across many levels of care, diverse populations (LGBTQIA+ affirming) and believe in an individualized approach to treatment without judgment. I focus on ages 14 and older, struggling with trauma, navigating unexpected life challenges, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

I have an eclectic approach with a foundation in trauma healing through mental, emotional and spiritual modalities. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS parts work informed), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditaion tools, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I will collaborate WITH you to find the interventions that best fit your needs.

I have discovered a deep passion for and alignment with IFS (Internal Family Systems) interventions. Clients are reporting a deeper and more effective way of healing. I really enjoy using Accelerated resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). ART allows us to desensitize symptoms with rapid eye movements and find relief as soon as the first session.
