I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. I am deeply interested in a variety of mental health issues and how the intersection of therapy and care can positively impact people's lives. As an avid reader, I stay current on both classic treatment modalities and newer approaches. I firmly believe in the mind-body connection and the importance of nutrition, sleep, and exercise for maintaining brain health. My goal is to collaborate with you to develop a treatment strategy that best fits your needs and goals.
My primary aim in treatment is to help clients live their best lives, free from barriers. I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Aurora University in Aurora, IL.
I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive psychotherapy with a compassion focus, all designed to meet measurable goals.
