Are you looking for creative counseling to meet your specific needs? Therapy is not a one size fits all approach. I believe that treatment is collaborative, creative and individualized. I also believe in affordable care and striving for a sense of belongingness that can be accessed through group therapy.

Since starting my counseling journey, I have worked hard to make sure I have training in a wide variety of areas to help individuals and families. I have gained knowledge working with trauma, abuse, behavioral disorders like ODD, DMDD, IED, self harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, ADHD, health issues, and parent/child relationships.

I encourage clients to research, meet with therapists, and engage in consults to make sure the time you are building with your therapist is worth while. Therapy can be one of the most important relationships in your life, so it is important to take the time to make sure that person, is a good, healthy fit for your specific needs.
