You’re doing the best you can, but it doesn’t feel like it’s enough. You're worried you’re not enough. Your to-do list is pages long. Your emotions feel crazy. It’s hard to sleep at night because of all the thoughts keeping you up. You feel cranky. You snap at people. It shouldn’t be this hard. Where is God in all of this anyway? The difficult relationships - romantic, parenting, family, friends. It’s exhausting. You never would have guessed life would be like this. And, if someone else tells you to pray more or that "God never gives you more than you can handle,” you’re going to lose it. Faith feels hard. Something has to change.
Space. You need space to vent and process. To mourn what is lost, and what is not the way you thought it would be. To hold the scary things up to the light. A safe space to wrestle with hard spiritual questions. To learn things, like how to cope better. A space to just be 100% you. No masks. No unrealistic expectations. A greenhouse for healing and growth.
I get it. I really do. Because I’ve been there. You don’t have to do this on your own. I didn’t. I would love to connect with you - to listen, really listen. To share what I’ve learned, personally and professionally. Let’s wrestle through the hard faith stuff together. I’m looking forward to helping you find relief. Email or schedule online to get started.
