About
When you make the decision to take charge of your mental health and venture into therapy, you want to find a therapist who makes you feel comfortable and encouraged. Someone who will listen, understand, and most importantly - care about your therapeutic growth. People seek therapy for numerous reasons, like depression, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, etc. No matter what brings you to therapy, I would love to assist you throughout the process, to reach your goals. We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” -Dr. Brené Brown
