I often work with clients who are struggling with anxiety or depression, want to work through past trauma, experiencing low self-esteem, or are facing challenges navigating relationships or life transitions.
I'm currently an intern in Professional Counseling also receiving a certification in Expressive Art Therapy, which allows me to bring a unique, holistic approach to healing and personal growth. My specialty is blending creative self-expression with practical tools to help manage daily challenges. I support individuals of all ages explore, process, and release emotions in a safe and non-judgmental space.
My approach is built around compassion, creativity, and understanding. I’m here to listen, laugh with you, and offer guidance as you explore your emotions and experiences, at your own pace. Together, we can work on building emotional resilience, changing patterns in relationships, and helping you feel more confident and connected with yourself and others.
I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a huge step, and it’s normal to feel uncertain or overwhelmed. Whatever you are holding, I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. It’s okay to need support. Take the first step—reach out today.

Groups
Adult Expressive Art Group

When’s the last time you were creative? Many of us are used to navigating our days by focusing on the next task and haven’t gotten the chance to consider what might be going on within us. We may notice we are feeling a bit anxious, or overwhelmed, and are struggling to connect with others, but we don’t know what to do next. In this group, we'll explore your values, get to know the emotions you experience, engage in mindfulness practices, and develop supportive coping strategies. No prior art experience is needed, all are welcome!
