I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about advocating for adolescents, adults, and couples while assisting in addressing their individual needs. I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and life stressors. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LCMHC) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. I am a self-motivated and progress-driven therapist with a passion for helping others in this industry.
My experience with trauma, specializing in domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking, lends a unique approach to caring for individuals during stressful times. My approaches to the therapeutic process include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
