I believe that valuable therapeutic work can only be done with a strong and trusting relationship between client and therapist. I work to create a safe and comfortable environment in which you can truly show up as yourself, and know that you will be accepted and seen just as you are. My approach is warm and authentic. I am EMDR-trained & use an approach tailored to your needs & who you are as a person. While I have experience working with all ages, my true passion is working with teens & young adults in the following areas: self-esteem, food and body image issues, boundaries, and life transitions. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, anti-diet, and fat-accepting.
Life can be so beautifully messy, and we have all had life experiences that impact the lens through which we see the world, ourselves, and others. This can lead to feelings of stuckness in negative self-beliefs and patterns. Therapy can help you identify, understand, and begin to change these patterns and beliefs into something that works better for you.

Introduction to Intuitive Eating
Have you tried every diet out there with no success? Are you caught in a love/hate relationship with food and your body? Does food make you feel guilty and out of control? Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based approach to heal your relationship with food and learn to trust your body again. In this group, you will learn the ten principles of Intuitive Eating, practice them through activities, and engage with others in a safe environment. This is a ten week group that meets virtually for 75 minutes each week. $45/group, some insurance plans are accepted. RECRUITING NOW!
