Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, personalized, and even enjoyable at times. Clients often describe me as friendly, personable, and relatable, and many say I help make therapy feel less intimidating by creating a comfortable space where growth can happen naturally. I’m known for asking thoughtful questions that help clients uncover their own answers while feeling understood, respected, and supported.
I take a solution-focused approach to therapy, helping clients identify underlying causes of distress, reduce symptoms of trauma, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build practical coping skills that fit their lives. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and I work flexibly to meet you where you are.
I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania and hold a minor in music. I have experience in crisis intervention, drug and alcohol counseling, and mental health treatment across in-person, couples, group, and telehealth settings.
