Hi there, I’m Danielle! I work with teens and adults, especially those who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or navigating complex trauma, OCD, dissociation, religious trauma, or systems harm. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood or pathologized in therapy before, you are not alone. I’m here to create a space where your full self is respected and welcomed.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I integrate IFS, DBT, CBT, ERP, Motivational Interviewing, and narrative approaches to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and feel more grounded. When it’s a good fit, I also use EMDR to support deeper trauma processing. We always move at your pace, with safety first.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if past experiences have left you feeling unseen or unsupported. You deserve care that honors your lived experience, respects who you are, and meets you where you are.
