Hi there, I’m Danielle! I work with teens and adults, especially those who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or navigating complex trauma, OCD, dissociation, religious trauma, or systems harm. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I integrate IFS, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and narrative approaches to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and feel more grounded. When it’s a good fit, I also use EMDR to support deeper trauma processing. We always move at your pace, with safety first.
