Groups
Adolescent Expressive Arts/DBT Skills Group
This 6-week adolescent expressive arts and DBT skills group offers a holistic and supportive approach to healing and personal growth. Integrating expressive arts, music, somatic movements, and DBT can offer a comprehensive toolkit for individuals to explore and navigate their emotions and experiences. The emphasis on community building and shared creativity can foster a sense of belonging and empowerment. Incorporating two sessions for caregivers offers a thoughtful addition, recognizing the importance of familial support in the healing journey. Providing coping skills, education, and a space for parents to connect with each other will help create a supportive family network outside of the group sessions.
