Desire to deepen the relationship with yourself and do some healing work? I work with clients who have grown up in a chaotic home during childhood, have trauma, or struggle in relationships with both themselves and others.
I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I bring that lens to our work by helping you get to know the different parts of yourself with curiosity. My approach is relational, non-pathologizing, and centered on deep healing change. I often work with people navigating attachment wounds, men's & women's issues, and trauma.
