Dream Analysis
This is a mixed group of 8-10 individuals who track and explore their dreams through the use of classical dream analysis, art therapy and psychodrama. Learning to recall and understand one's own dream life and gain insight into the workings of the unconscious is the focus of this particular ongoing group.

This is an ongoing psychodynamic group of men and women who value self inquiry through group support and group process. Clients are generally high functioning professionals who see group as a chance to grow in a range of life skills, including: greater intimacy, communication, trust building, dream analysis, and psychological and spiritual development. Group work assists in understanding and healing one's early life influences to have healthy relationships in the present. Using the tools of the Enneagram, hypnosis, meditation and Emotionally Focus Therapy techniques all contribute to this rich psychodynamic process.

Couples Group Therapy
There are couples groups for both straight and gay/lesbian couples who meet for various lengths of time throughout the year. Groups are generally comprised of 4-5 couples who commit to confidentiality and trust building among themselves so as to explore and discuss a wide range of relationship issues to improve communication, parenting and sexuality, to name a few. These groups are often fun and extremely beneficial to couples who want to grow together.
