Life is a journey and no one should travel it alone. Our journey brings many joys and trials. As humans, we are created for relationships and community. Many of us find ourselves, at times, feeling alone or misunderstood. It is during these moments that we feel hopeless, isolated, and that no one could possibly understand what we are going through or feeling. Please know that you are not alone and there is HOPE! People bring us to hurt and people bring us to healing. It is my life passion to bring others to HOPE and lifelong healing.
I consider it a privilege to walk beside my clients as we journey through the path of healing, growth, and renewal. My counseling style is a holistic approach, addressing the whole person, body, mind and spirit. I will prepare your sessions and treatment plan in alignment with your personal needs and goals in mind.
I personally know how it feels to be vulnerable, raw, honest, and have shared deeply personal parts of myself with another human soul. My therapeutic relationship with my clients is most sacred. One that I protect and cherish. I promise to provide a space of safety, compassion, trust, non-judgment, where you feel seen, heard, and deeply understood.

Groups
Kindred Spirits Breast Cancer Support Group
Kindred Spirits provides a safe-haven for ladies to share their feelings and the emotional impact that breast cancer has on their lives. Members share their personal experiences and offer emotional support. We offer practical advice and help one another cope with diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and for some, a terminal diagnosis. Benefits of a support group: Feel less lonely and isolated. Improve your understanding of cancer, develop a clearer understanding of what to expect and how to cope. Practical information about treatment options. Find HOPE among others who understand your fears, concerns, and who want to celebrate with you when you receive a good report!
