About
As a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting those struggling with mental health and addiction, I have provided on going support and guidance utilizing a diverse set of treatment approaches. I have extensive experience supporting those diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety based disorders (OCD, GAD, ADHD), Bipolar disorders (1 and 2), PTSD, Austim Spectrum Disorder and Personality disorders. My goal has always been to support others in reaching the healthy quality of life that they strive for by utilizing an individualized approach in their treatment plan.
I have learned through working with individuals that come from all walks of life, that there is no “one size fits all” in counseling. Therefore, you will find a person-centered approach in my sessions that will provide you with the ability to self-identify what works best for you as well as an interactive therapeutic approach for guided support.
At Compass Counseling, we help you find your way. Call us today to start your journey.
