I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and their families. I am also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and am a gender-affirming therapist. I strive to create a warm and safe environment for people to explore self-identity, personal development, relational dynamics, process trauma, and create solutions in order to support people in living the life they want and deserve.
I believe that therapy is not “one size fits all,” and for this reason, sessions and interventions are personalized to the individual and family. I use aspects from various modalities, including person-centered, CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques, to create a therapeutic experience that is right for you.
