My job is to help my clients who include adults, children and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves, different coping skills and a new found strength within themselves to take on the world and thrive. I work with each client to create individual goals that best suit you to help you achieve your desired outcome.
I know no single approach is the right one for every individual so I am trained in a range of modalities. I do however focus on a person-centered approach to create a safe therapeutic space, a genuine therapeutic relationship and unconditional positive regard for my clients.
