Accepting New Clients! I take pride in bringing healing to people who have been through trauma/stressful experiences and those who are struggling with day to day life transitions and concerns. My job is to help my clients who include adults, children and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves, different coping skills and a new found strength within themselves to take on the world and thrive. I work with each client to create individual goals that best suit you to help you achieve your desired outcome.
I also offer sessions for clients who to meet for their bariatric surgery requirements.
I know no single approach is the right one for every individual so I am trained in a range of modalities. I do however focus on a person-centered approach to create a safe therapeutic space, a genuine therapeutic relationship and unconditional positive regard for my clients.
I am very passionate about the work I do, my goal is to help you grow through an individual plan to best help you. As your therapist I will work hard to accommodate and give you all the resources and knowledge available to make your goals reality.
