I work with people across the lifespan who may feel stuck, or struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, grief and trauma. My approach is holistic, integrative and depth-oriented. I incorporate play, expressive arts, and sand tray with clients of all ages and I am trained in Phase 1 Brainspotting.
