My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and genuine belief in your value and worth. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness into my sessions.
I provide a non-judgmental space for adults, adolescents, and children facing a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, life changes, and self-esteem. I am especially interested in working with survivors of domestic violence and those currently navigating unhealthy relationships.
