I assist those whose anxiety takes over at the worst possible moments. Say, at work, school, the grocery store, in the car, or home alone and nothing is working to calm down or make it stop. I walk along side those whose inner critic, insecurities, and low self-esteem has taken their life from them but can't pinpoint the cause or "why". I also work with those whose emotions are so overwhelming so they act out of character, overly people-please, fear rejection, and hide their true selves away. For those "black sheeps" struggling with imposter syndrome and becoming exhausted daily keeping up with the expectations and goals of others.
I help with the management of anxiety and depression before it has the chance to completely overwhelm you. I help you learn how to put your own needs first without feeling guilty or apologetic. I'll lift you up so you're no longer buried in self-doubt and overthinking. I'll provide you the skills to handle setbacks with self-compassion and self-expression.
