As a Social Worker for over 15 years, I've worked in direct service and in leadership roles supporting professionals and navigating complex systems. I am experienced in supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, vicarious trauma, relational challenges, as well as those navigating complex circumstances.
In our sessions, you can expect me to show up as my imperfect self: warm, relational, validating, curious, willing to offer challenge and perspective when helpful, and with speckles of humor. I am down to earth and value real conversation and building a collaborative partnership where we can explore uncertainty, discomfort, growth, and opportunity together.
