I work with individuals, couples and families who want to feel more fulfilled and connected. During the therapeutic process, I primarily help adults and older adolescents with challenges associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational stress, life transitions, boundary issues, shame and perfectionism.
I have particular interest in helping those with significant boundary related challenges and relational stress. Therapy might be the place where we process the trauma of having a narcissistic parent. It could also be a place where we discuss fears associated with vulnerability and develop ways to create authentic intimacy with others.
It takes tremendous courage to come to therapy and devote yourself to introspection and growth. In therapy, we can develop coping strategies to manage symptoms, while exploring why symptoms are occurring all together. We will challenge your current thought processes and create a more compassionate and hopeful narrative.
