Psychodynamic psychotherapy is a space to understand the complexities of who you are and what brings you to the session room. My aim as a psychotherapist is to provide a uniquely honest and secure environment to support your sense of meaning and creativity amongst life's challenges. I see psychotherapy as both an art and science that is best fostered through building trust between clinician and patient.
My work is suited for individuals who are seeking meaning, relational change, and intimacy with life. I especially work with concerns related to depression and anxiety, grief, mood and personality disorders, sexuality, gender and identity, spirituality, creativity, and generational trauma.
My practice is informed by relational, psychoanalytic, multicultural, decolonial and existential frameworks. I am a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology completing my dissertation in pursuit of licensure as a clinical psychologist. I practice as a pre-licensed psychotherapist under the supervision of Dr. Darren Del Castillo.
