I am an experienced mental health professional determined to be a service to people of all ages. Are you feeling stuck in repetitive patterns, feeling down, or not moving forward? Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals. I have extensive training in various therapy styles including psychodynamic, CBT, REBT, and DBT, and will tailor my approach to your unique needs.
