I specialize in supporting adults navigating neurodivergence, complex trauma and BPD. My approach is strengths based, trauma informed and tailored to your needs. I blend evidence based practices like DBT, somatic experiencing, IFS, EMDR, and art with deep empathy and curiosity.
In our work together, I may incorporate fiber arts, like knitting, crochet, or cross stitch ,as a therapeutic tool. Engaging in these tactile, rhythmic practices can be deeply regulating for the nervous system, offering a calming anchor during sessions or between them.
