Having lived through chronic illness, it is a passion of mine. Chronic illness, trauma, and perfectionism often travel together creating a cycle of pressure, fear, and burnout. If you're looking for a more integrated approach, somatic work as well as exploring cognitive beliefs is a great place to start. I'm certified in EMDR and believe it can be transformational to healing. You don’t have to earn your worth through perfection or push past your limits to be okay. I help clients with and trauma and chronic illness build a life that actually supports them.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions and strive to provide a holistic mind-body approach to help clients integrate their experiences in an embodied way. I am Certified in Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and like to utilize attachement theory in working with clients.
I specialize in trauma, chronic illness, and recovering people pleasers and work best with individuals and women looking to heal mother hunger attachment wounds. I believe digging deep into ourselves and learning how our early relationships in life impact our present coping strategies and feelings can help us move forward.
