Much like the seasons, transitions and change are a natural progression of life, potentially stirring up a great amount of distress in our lives, leaving us feeling alone, overwhelmed, and unsettled as our hopes, dreams and relationships can change. We cannot move on from what we are not aware of and from the things we don’t understand; often this can look a lot like patterns in our lives that feel all too familiar. I practice from a relational psychodynamic lens, through our relationship and curiosity, together we can begin to understand ourselves better and how our experiences have shaped us.
