Together, you will build a relationship of connection that will help you cope with these feelings of hopelessness or loss. She will then give you the skills to help you break these patterns outside of therapy to create the life you have always longed for. EFT certified.
The model used is Emotionally Focused Therapy. This model has some of the highest supported research in helping with emotional and relationship distress. The goal of therapy would be to re-build hope, trust, security, and connection. She is in the process of becoming EFT certified. Guided Imagery and Brainspotting are also incorporated for trauma.
These methods work for a wide array of symptoms like trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, betrayal trauma, etc.
