Hey y'all! My name is Danielle and I am one of the most down to earth therapist you will ever meet. I desire work with people who have neglected their mental health to “perform” for their careers, families, relationships, sports teams and other areas of obligation in their lives. This includes people in the public eye, athletes, people with self sacrificing professions, people who feel unseen, unheard , abandoned and distressed couples who are not getting their needs met.
A session with me is transformative, person-centered and trauma informed. I believe in giving my clients tangible skills, tools and homework that they can use in their everyday lives. I do this using various modalities to include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Prolonged exposure, Solution Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems and other treatment as needed.
