Healing is coming back to ourselves and breaking free from the conditioning and beliefs that limit us. It's a journey of empowerment.
My extensive history of working in community mental health has allowed me to work with a multitude of mental health issues. I have helped individuals, couples and families heal to become their most authentic selves. I use mindfulness, self-compassion, and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques to lead you to your healthiest version of yourself.
