About
*I am not currently accepting new clients* Having a child with emotional and behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities can be difficult and isolating. Individual counseling can help. Even young children can benefit from counseling to work on learning more about emotions and relaxation skills. In addition, I work with parents using my background in behavioral therapy to give them tips on how to manage these behaviors at home. I can also assist with some school advocacy if needed.
I also have years of experience working with adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders, including PTSD. If you have a long and/ or complex trauma history causing depression and anxiety, you are not alone! I can provide that lifeline you need to get your life back.
I am trained in a variety of evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have years of experience working with children, teens, and adults (and those who care for them) diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum.
