Hi, I'm Danielle! I'm Danielle Cisneros, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in anxiety, stress, and past trauma. My mission is to help people heal and grow. My approach to therapy is flexible, adapting to each client’s unique needs and goals. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it provides practical tools to help clients understand and shift negative thought patterns and behaviors.
I typically work with individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, and unresolved trauma. Many of my clients seek support in managing overwhelming emotions, addressing past experiences that impact their present, or developing coping strategies for life’s challenges.
