With almost 12 years in the field, I serve adults as well as adolescents (ages 13-17), who may be experiencing: depressed mood, anxiety, trauma, grief, crisis in marriage, boundary issues, or LIFE. Additionally, I see first- responders & their families. The primary modality of therapy I utilize is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have found this to be highly useful in treating depression, anxiety, certain types of traumas, and other significant life stressors.
