You are exhausted, stressed, and always taking care of everyone else first. You are ready to make a change, and need support and guidance. You want to feel well so you can enjoy your life. Depression, anxiety, trauma, seasons of change like pregnancy and motherhood; whatever you are experiencing, you deserve time for yourself. You are worthy. I want to partner with you to help you feel more empowered, energized, and content.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, utilize mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing exercises and guided relaxation, and as a trained yoga instructor I enjoy implementing mind-body techniques. Other techniques include art, sand tray, and other interactive therapeutic interventions.
Choose to take care of yourself. It’s the most important investment you can make. You can’t pour from an empty cup.
