I help clients connect to their deeper nature and inner wisdom through compassionate self-exploration. As a queer-identified therapist, I work to offer an affirming space that holds my clients’ varied and marginalized identities, experiences in the world, and their own personal strengths and struggles. My focus is working with queer and trans relationships and individuals, as well as folks in the non-monogamy and kink communities. I work collaboratively with clients to examine trans-generational patterns, heal the effects of past trauma, create more meaningful relationships, and enrich their relationships to themselves.
As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I see everyone’s internal world as a constellation of parts - some working to protect you, others holding your trauma. Through therapy work, clients develop a deeper relationship to their wise and compassionate Self in order to heal parts that may be suffering and free other parts stuck in painful patterns.
I work with individuals and couples/relationships remotely through telehealth and in-person at my Logan Square office (wheelchair accessible, no stairs, gender neutral bathrooms).
