Our counseling center specializes in the most effective form of couple therapy and helps people struggling with, and in, relationships or who are working on individual recovery. It’s very exciting to me to be able to help people in their most important relationships. Our mental health is so important for our quality of life. We will do a timeline to understand your life, and then work toward sessions for Lifespan Integration to heal from trauma to accomplish your therapy goals.
