Premarital Workshop
This workshop is an alternative to premarital therapy. You will listen to lecture alongside other engaged couples and then privately complete exercises to celebrate your strengths, nurture your growth areas and plan for your relationship. Prior to attending, you will complete an online assessment that will provide a snapshot of your relationship and a personalized structure during the workshop. Gottman Workshop for Couples
This workshop provides an easy, short-term opportunity to improve your relationship. It is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman as presented in his New York Times bestselling book - The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. Couples will have the opportunity to be taught by a Gottman leader and to practice the tools privately with their partners. This workshop takes place on a Saturday from 9:30am to 2:00pm at our office location in Newport Beach. See my website for more details under the couples services tab. The fee is $200 per couple.

Premarital Sessions Package
A special introductory rate for couples looking to complete premarital before the big day. This package includes 5 premarital sessions at $100 per session and a free premarital assessment. Sessions are 50 minutes long and you choose your schedule.
