Accepting NEW clients! If you’re ready to do the work and get a little uncomfortable, I can help you. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing, and together we’ll challenge unhelpful beliefs, build healthier patterns, and reclaim a sense of control. I primarily work with adults navigating PTSD and trauma, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where real growth can happen.
I also offer clinical supervision to LMSW-CC and LCPC-C clinicians in Maine as a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).
I show up as a real person—authentic, direct, sometimes quirky, sometimes a hot mess—but always supportive and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when you can be yourself, without judgment, and when you’re willing to get a little uncomfortable in the process. I create space for honesty and vulnerability, while also challenging you to break patterns,
Having faced my own challenges and worked with therapists who weren’t the right fit, I know how important it is to feel seen and supported. I create a safe space that fosters trust, autonomy, and vulnerability—because for many, therapy is the only place they feel fully safe. If you’re ready, I invite you to reach out.
