About
My goal in therapy is to provide women with compassionate therapy services, working in collaboration with you to help you meet your goals and guide you through the healing process. I specialize in helping those experiencing grief and loss, as well as pregnant and postpartum women. Additionally, I provide support for women who experienced a traumatic birth, infant loss, NICU admission, postpartum depression and anxiety, and motherhood transitions.
My focus is working with women. To that end, my private practice provides therapeutic support for women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, perfectionism struggles, low self-esteem, life transitions and work/life balance. I am deeply passionate about supporting women in their healing and personal growth.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am a support group facilitator for mom's experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well an adjunct instructor at FSU, where I teach on loss and bereavement. For additional information about services, please refer to my website: daniellebfoster.com.
