I have special training in the challenges of chronic illness & lived experience. I also have specialty training in trauma & dissociation. I use a holistic & integrated therapeutic approach primarily in Gestalt, EMDR, DBT, IFS, & Somatic work to support you. Collaboratively, we'll work together because it's about strengthening your voice & your growth.
