I succeed in creating a safe and comfortable space for individuals to access care by coupling my lighthearted and warm personality with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have worked with children (ages 3-18), adults, and families. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-harm, grief, and in working with those who have adopted, or those who are adopted. Additionally, I am happy to be qualified to offer supervision services to those seeking their clinical hours towards professional licensure.
I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), have specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and am level 1 trained in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT).
